At Atira By Atira, every piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. As many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, we encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, the following conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched. After production or preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for outfits that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS on Custom Made outfits and Made-to-order outfits. Once the process of making your dress begins, refunds cannot be accepted as required fabrics and materials have already been purchased

Delivery Charges

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable. In case of an approved exchange due to a defect or wrong item, we will arrange the replacement delivery. For any other approved exchange, the customer may be required to cover delivery costs.
